The Revelons - Anthology (1977-1982, 2002)


I know next to nothing about The Revelons. A Google search doesn't help and there's no Wikipedia page. It seems they never released a proper album, but in 2004 this collection of  "commercially released material, studio sessions, live performances and two newly-recorded tracks" (as the frustratingly short liner notes put it) showed up on Sepiatone records. It's nearly flawless. Fans of guitar rock a la Television, Richard Hell, Talking Heads and the Soft Boys take note.
