The Stranglers - No More Heroes (1977)

In some ways, No More Heroes is a leftovers album from Rattus Norvegicus released the same year. That said, you really need to have both (I'll get around to posting Rattus Norvegicus eventually) to get a good grasp on what early Stranglers material was all about. Rarely, if ever, has the keyboard been used to produce such compelling results as it does here - or anywhere in punk, for that matter. But then The Stranglers were never your average punk band.
