I like to imagine this one as the motion picture soundtrack to an incredibly bizarre, absurdly violent western. Featuring tracks from the likes of Hank Williams and Buck Owens, not to mention a 2010 recording (gasp!) from Roky Erickson, some of this edition branches off into uncharted territory. But this blog wasn't exactly founded on consistency to begin with either, so I hope you'll join me for the ride.
