Mourning Noise - Death Trip Delivery (1981-1985)

Horror punk from Lodi, New Jersey. Glenn Danzig drew a record cover for them. Bobby Steele guest spotted in the recording of their seven inch. Steve Zing, later of Samhain, was their drummer. It sounds like what you would think it sounds like. After all, what better band to emulate than the Misfits, especially if they rehearsed literally across the street? Personally though, I think Mourning Noise had their own thing going, despite the similarities.
