Time is, for the most part, just an expanded reissue of Hell's cassette-only ROIR collection, R.I.P. It's remastered, which we can be thankful for; but with that said, quite a bit of what's included here still sounds pretty rough. Nevertheless, this is essential listening. In addition to R.I.P., disc two features live recordings from two shows that find the man and his Voidoids in exceptional form. Again the sound quality leaves something to be desired, but the music itself is incredible. A must have for Hell fans that have exhausted Blank Generation and Destiny Street.
