This is the first Scream album, and the first full-length Dischord release. It's one of the truly great DC hardcore records, of which there are many. It's often noted that Dave Grohl played with these guys for a while, but this is a pre-Grohl recording. They put out some other really great stuff, but Still Screaming is my favorite. Essential.
