A silly band, a silly record. Fun all the same. Toy Dolls put out a lot of stuff, but this is about all you need to hear. They lay down the blueprint for their entire career here, and personally I don't think they ever managed to match the absurdity of Dig That Groove Baby. Not that there weren't some great songs elsewhere. Often associated with Oi, the Toy Dolls sound was really more one of a novelty pop punk band than of anything else.
